Villa Sungai Tinggi is dramatically located on a quiet stretch of Canggu beach and is one of Bali’s very few absolute beachfront villas, with direct access to the beach. Located just beyond the quiet and picturesque Balinese Village of Pererenan, Villa Sungai Tinggi or Angin Laut is totally secluded from the bustling tourist areas and yet is an easy 45 minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport and only 25 minutes from the many popular restaurants and shops of Seminyak.

The villa is situated at the end of a scenic road that winds its way through emerald rice terraces down to the sea. Cooled by a pleasant on shore breeze, this beach front villa is dominated by an open air, ocean facing living pavilion, the perfect spot from which to watch the sunset.

Villa Sungai Tinggi Bedrooms

Villa Sungai Tinggi has 4 spacious bedroom suites completed with 5 private en-suites bathroom, 3 of them are with bathtub. For a special request, the Library studio can be the fifth suite. All suites have custom made oversized king beds with built in wardrobes.

All bedrooms have fabulous ocean views with large glass sliding doors that open onto terraces leading directly onto the garden. High alang-alang grass roofed ceilings and the cool and clean feel of dark teak timber floors underfoot have been used throughout and each bedroom has individual deluxe split air conditioning units as well as overhead ceiling fans. The bedroom interiors have been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern rattan and collected antique furniture and artifacts.

The villa has been designed with a master and study bedroom wings on ground level and a separate wing with two ground level bedroom suites and a bedroom suite upstairs opening onto a casual upstairs living area.

Maridadi villa is one of Bali’s very few absolute ocean front villas located on a cliff with access to Cemagi Beach. With offer 40 meters of private beach frontage Villa Maridadi has the ultimate sunset panorama. Villa Maridadi is located just beyond the quiet and picturesque Balinese Village of Mengening along a winding village road lined with paddy fields and featuring substantial Balinese Temples and massive Banyan Trees. Villa Maridadi Bedrooms

The five bedrooms villas are all air-conditioned with the additional benefit of overhead ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. Each bedroom is at ground floor level and enjoys ocean views and the luxury of an en-suite garden bathroom. The master bedroom features teak-wood floors and sliding glass doors, which open on to an outdoor verandah furnished with daybeds and rattan chairs. Guests will be lulled to sleep by the constant murmur of the waves in an antique four-poster bed complete with diaphanous drapes. Each romantic garden bathroom is walled for privacy and is characterised an open-air shower, whimsical stone carvings and an impressive array of tropical plants and shrubs. The bathrooms adjoining the master bedroom and the two main guestrooms each have a large bathtub that is protected from the elements by a thatched roof. Following the symmetrical theme, the two guest pavilions are mirror images of each other, each one a self-contained pavilion with teak floors, sliding glass doors, a canopied bed, an open verandah, and a cream terrazzo bathroom suite within a pretty garden bathroom planted with peace lilies. The remaining two bedrooms, and their adjoining bathrooms, are located on the ground floor of the main building; each room is furnished with antique twin trundle beds, making them ideal for children.

Another large lawn to the north of the main building makes a great play area and is suitable for badminton or volley ball. A door in the wall leads to the villa’s shared tennis court, and the staff quarters are situated near the main entrance. The beach is just a few metres away from the property, bordered by a track and a low cliff, and easily accessible. The currents are strong, however, and swimming is not recommended.
